LinkedIn Ranks Schulich Among World’s Top 100 MBA Programs
TORONTO, ON – Monday, September 15, 2025 – The Schulich School of Business at York University has been rated one of the world’s top 100 MBA programs for career growth by LinkedIn.
Schulich placed 78th overall, while Stanford ranked 1st, followed by Harvard and INSEAD in the second annual global MBA ranking published by LinkedIn, the world’s largest business and employment-focused social media platform.
The LinkedIn ranking uses the company’s own extensive platform data from over 1 billion members around the globe to rate the MBA programs that best set their alumni up for career success. The ranking, described as “the 100 best global business schools to grow your career”, assessed full-time MBA programs on five key measures: job placement rates, career advancement, network strength, leadership potential, and gender diversity.
“The LinkedIn ranking is especially meaningful because it is entirely data-driven and reflects the actual career paths of MBA graduates over time,” said Detlev Zwick, Dean of the Schulich School of Business and Tanna H. Schulich Chair in Digital Marketing Strategy. “It provides a unique, real-world perspective on how well business schools prepare graduates for long-term success in a competitive job market.”
According to the ranking, Schulich alumni predominantly work in business development, finance, operations, sales, and marketing. The top three cities where Schulich alumni work are Toronto, Vancouver and Montreal.
