Description Strategy and risk management are two sides of value creation for companies. Strategic choice must identify how these choices affect a broad array of stakeholders. A firm must be organized to recognize, measure, monitor, and disclose risks if it is to implement its strategy. This course will focus upon the strategic importance of risk management rather than more technical aspects. Prerequisites: all 5000-series Required Foundations of Management core courses. Pre or Corequisite: Strategic Management 6000 3.0: "Strategic Management" is a co-requisite
