| Description | This course deals with the many types of methodologies used to determine fair values of businesses, assets and liabilities. This course reviews many of the valuation methods used in practice. Valuations of businesses, tangible assets, intangible assets and liabilities are covered. In particular, valuations of businesses that are being acquired, sold, or liquidated are also addressed. Prerequisites: FINE 5200 3.00 and ACTG 6250 3.00 |
