Pranavan Ganeshalingam

Prior to joining the MREI program, Pranavan was a Senior Economist in the Ontario Ministry of Finance, helping to oversee the province’s multi-year fiscal plan and supporting the production of the Fiscal and Economic chapters of Ontario’s Annual Budget.

In order to follow his strong interest in real estate, Pranavan is now pursuing a Master of Real Estate and Infrastructure as the perfect stepping stone to transition his career into real estate development.  He chose Schulich because of its recognized and long-established, local real estate alumni network, and the unique scope, depth and reach of the MREI program offering over a dozen real estate specific courses taught primarily by industry practitioners.

In refining his technical skills and broadening his knowledge of real estate development, Pranavan aspires to work in an entrepreneurial environment where he can provide strategic and analytical insights into the acquisition, development and management of a diversified portfolio of real estate assets and development projects.

Pranavan holds an International Bachelors of Business Administration (i.B.B.A.) specializing in Finance and Economics from the Schulich School of Business at York University in Toronto, Canada.
