After working in Scotia Bank’s Real Estate Lending Group, Patrick founded the Berkley Group of Companies in 1996. Since that time, the company has completed over 40 real estate development projects representing over 3000 single-family homes and condominium units.
The Berkley Group has also completed the acquisition of over $300 million of income-producing assets and the property management group manages over 7500 residential apartments throughout Ontario.
Windsor Capital, the mezzanine financing division of the company has placed over $400 million in mezzanine financing throughout North America.
Has taught Real Estate Finance and Development at Schulich on a part time basis for the past 12 years and is a two-time recipient of the Teaching Excellence Award (2008 and 2011).
