Academic Advising & Enrolment

On Behalf of Student Services & International Relations, Welcome to Schulich!


Prior to starting your program, you’ll need to follow a few important steps:

1. Book your Smart Start and/or Orientation

MBA and IMBA students: Book Smart Start by logging onto your Passport York account. Smart Start is a mandatory session where you’ll learn about important program details and expectations. It’s also a chance to meet your new MBA colleagues and the Student Services & International Relations team.
You will receive an e-mail from Student & Enrolment Services with more information and a link to register.

For all other graduate students: A program-specific orientation will take place prior to the start of term. Look for an e-mail from Student & Enrolment Services detailing the date, time and registration link for this session.

2. Enrol in classes

You will be e-mailed enrolment details and instructions, including a program curriculum chart and your core course schedule for your first term of classes.

3. Request academic accommodations

Need academic accommodations due to a disability? Connect with Julian Higuerey Nunez, Student & Academic Services Coordinator, and register with Counselling & Disabilities Services. Avoid wait times by taking care of this step in Summer.

4. Test your knowledge of Academic Honesty

You will need a Schulich e-mail address to log -in. Need to brush up on your citation skills prior to starting? Check out these great resources.

5. Re-familiarize yourself with your degree
