Conduct On-Campus Interviews
The Career Development Centre (CDC) can assist your organization with complementary coordination of first round, on-campus interviews.
The Career Development Centre uses the Guest Suites at the Executive Learning Centre, Schulich School of Business, to host on-site interviews. The guest suite facilities are located nearby the Career Development Centre offices and each room can accommodate up to four people. All interviewers are provided with the following complementary services while on campus:
- Wireless internet connection (available upon request)
- Coffee, tea and light snacks
- Executive dining room lunch (hot and cold buffet lunch hosted by your CDC Account Manager)
Once you have developed a short-list of students you wish to invite to an interview, the CDC can assist you with student notification and the coordination of the interview schedule. We recommend a minimum of three to five business days to allow us to effectively contact students and confirm their attendance for interviews.
For off-campus interviews, the CDC recommends that employers contact pre-selected students directly for interview scheduling and coordination.
