Master of Business Administration (MBA) Program Details
The Schulich MBA teaches you to manage complexity, ambiguity and change as you examine business issues in a global environment using multiple perspectives.
Customize your MBA: Flexible study options allow you to switch between full-time and part-time enrolment, take classes in downtown Toronto, or accelerate completion of your MBA in as little as eight months with advanced standing. Schulich offers you the opportunity to choose from a selection of 18 areas of specialization – more than any MBA program in Canada.
Diverse perspectives: At every opportunity, Schulich faculty bring current issues into the classroom in the form of case studies, simulations and guest lectures. MBA students also go beyond the case method with curriculum that exposes you to applied learning.
Real-world learning: The capstone course, the Strategy Field Study, is the ultimate in integrative management education. This six-month strategic consulting project allows you to apply your classroom learning and strategic thinking in a real-time business environment.
The Schulich MBA can help prepare you for a CFA designation. This requires careful planning of your course selections.
You will become an expert in your field through your selection of specializations, including management functions, industry sectors and special business issues. Whether it be a career as a Capital Markets Associate, Management Consultant, Assistant Brand Manager, Business Analyst, Commercial Banking Associate or Operations Analyst, the Schulich MBA will provide you the knowledge to succeed.

The Schulich MBA is designed to equip you with a common set of capabilities (core courses) necessary for effective management in the private, public, and nonprofit sectors. Electives allow students to gain a deeper understanding in a particular area of focus and fulfill requirements for a specialization(s) or diploma.
Students are eligible for graduation upon their successful completion of 60.00 credits. Students may shorten the duration to complete their MBA if they receive Advanced Standing.
