Canada's longest running and most prestigious Real Estate Case Competition
Developers’ Den, the Schulich Real Estate Case Competition presented by Schulich’s Brookfield Centre in Real Estate & Infrastructure and the Schulich Real Property Alumni Association, is now in its 14th year.
Teams from the Schulich School of Business will take part in an intense competition where the best and brightest real estate students showcase their skills before a panel of judges made up of industry leaders, investors, and executives.
Building on the success of going back in-person in 2022, this year we will return to campus for a Schulich-only competition. We look forward to welcoming future and current real estate leaders for this prestigious event once again on May 9th, 2024.
